Digitization and artificial intelligence will undoubtedly also influence people: Certain decisions will continue to be made by human intelligence, but they can be prepared faster and better on the basis of comprehensive data and reliable information, and decisions will ultimately be made with higher validity. 

The foreseeable shortage of qualified workers must also be countered if vehicles are to be manufactured in Germany in the future. This particularly offers the automotive industry the opportunity to improve the situation through more intelligent production systems: through targeted human-machine collaboration, automation can contribute to relieving employees of monotonous manual or physically strenuous activities. Targeted qualification measures, which also support humans in mastering the growing complexity of their tasks, demonstrate appreciation that ultimately benefits both, people and companies.
